Requirements & honest notes

Windows 10 or 11; the suite runs as administrator (standard UAC prompt) because real repairs need it.
The App Installer uses Microsoft's winget; if a target PC lacks it, the suite explains the official bootstrap instead of failing silently.
Password Recovery works on local Windows accounts, offline, with an ownership-proof step. Microsoft accounts can't be reset offline by any tool — the suite walks you through Microsoft's official reset instead.

Is it really one payment, forever?

Yes. $279 buys the suite outright — lifetime license, never expires, no subscription. The Gumroad receipt spells it out: “LIFETIME — NEVER EXPIRES.”

Can I carry it on my own USB stick?

That's exactly what the portable build is for. Copy the folder to any stick and run it on the bench PC. A pre-loaded USB Edition is also in the works (see above).

Does it phone home or upload client data?

No. The suite works offline. Its only internet features are the ones you invoke — like the App Installer's downloads — and an optional per-shop ticket-send feature that only exists in the shop owner's own configured copy, never in the public build.

Who is this for — and who isn't it for?

It's built for working techs, repair shops, and serious power users. Home users who want the friendly version should look at the Home Edition when it launches.
